The panel will present on and discuss the infusion of digital evidence into the practice of law with a focus on body worn cameras.  Panelist will provide an overview of the landscape of body worn cameras across the Commonwealth, guidance on the ethical implications and mandates for practitioners handling cases where there is digital evidence, and finally practical advice on what to do both in and out of the courtroom.
