Immigration law is a hot topic in all circles today. This program will explore issues in immigration law from a balanced and politically neutral point of view, including the intersections of immigration law, implementation of those laws, and the moral bases of decisions relating to the enforcement of those laws. Panelists will discuss a variety of issues that have been a part of the daily news cycle, such as refugees and asylum, border detention policies and family separation, tension between federal, state and local law, DACA, and other such topics.
