This 2-hour Ethics CLE session will provide an overview of limited scope representation and controlling Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct. It will also cover practical application of the rules and ways attorneys can unbundle legal services in everyday practice to expand access to legal services. Speakers will also cover the pilot limited scope appearance rule and how it is being used to provide in-court representation to tenants in legal aid eviction cases.
