This session will focus on the legal framework allowing attorneys to
represent people in defending against guardianship cases both during the

after incapacity has been determined. Additionally, the session will go through
practical tips on how to decide whether to take a restoration of rights case,
how to prepare your client for the case, and why these are important pro bono
and legal aid cases.
