Workers’ Compensation 101 - An Introduction

This one hour CLE will provide general practitioners and others who do not regularly handle work-related injury and disease claims with a basic knowledge about this area of the law. This overview will give helpful hints on what to look out for as far as deadlines, where and how to file a claim, and various peculiarities about the administrative law and Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act that impacts employers and employees.
