Over the last two decades law and business have touted, encouraged, and emphasized the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. But is the 21st Century Supreme Court on board with the aspirations of law and business regarding DEI? This CLE will examine recent U.S. Supreme Court opinions rendered (and to be rendered) and discuss their impact on DEI and if there is a schism between the goals of the profession and the highest court in the land.
