The Virginia State Bar is offering a free 2-hour training to attorneys who are interested and would be willing to serve as Receiver of the practices of deceased, disabled, or suspended/revoked attorneys.   The bar is in search of attorneys willing to serve the profession and assist in protecting both public and client interests where an attorney has not designated a successor, and there is no one available to assist in the winding down of the attorney’s law practice.
