2022 VSB Annual Meeting On-Demand CLEs

Event Description:

All 8.0 hours of Annual Meeting CLEs are available for on-demand credit to watch at your leisure.

After you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation with a link to the recordings.

If you already paid for the on-site or streaming Annual Meeting CLEs which were held on June 16 & 17, DO NOT register again. Contact Kim Karnes at kkarnes@vsb.org if you have not received a link to the recordings.

The fee is $100 and includes links to all 8 CLE programs, offering up to 8 hours of on-demand CLE credit, with a possible 1 hour of Ethics and 1 hour GAL credit for incapacitated adults. (depending on the recordings you watch). On-demand CLE is approved.

· Health Laws and Waivers in a Post-Pandemic World

· Virginia’s New Appellate System: A User’s Guide

Here are some things you need to know about getting on-demand CLE credit for these sessions:

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED: On-demand CLE credit will only be provided to paid attendees.
WHEN WILL I GET MY CLE FORM: Every Friday a list of attendees from the past week will be pulled from each session. We will then check that list against the list of paid registrants. Once confirmed, we will email the appropriate on-demand CLE forms to the attendees for that period. Each session will have a different Course ID Number, unlike the full-day program.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WATCH THE RECORDINGS AND GET CREDIT: The recordings will be available for on-demand CLE credit until the end of the MCLE reporting period, which is October 31, 2022. Remember, the MCLE deadline for attending is October 31, but you have until December 15, 4:45 p.m. EST to report the hours.

There will be no refunds available for these on-demand CLEs.

NOTE: The program is listed as November 1, 2022, to allow registrants to access the programming through the CLE cut-off of October 31.)
